A Journey Towards Innovation and Sustainability at the Valence Campus
At the heart of the Valence campus, a remarkable innovation catches the eye: a bicycle shelter like no other, born of a trip around the world. The project, spearheaded by Université Grenoble Alpes and in partnership with ByCommute, transforms a shipping container that has covered over 1.4 million kilometers into a secure space for student and staff bicycles.
Signage, a universal language
On one side, the names of the cities in white letters recall its international heritage, each stop being a chapter in its global history. On another, the container proudly displays the logo of ByCommute and Grenoble Alpes University, symbolizing a union between education and eco-mobility.
Issue "01": The first in a promising series
Bearing the number "01", this shelter foreshadows a series of installations designed to promote sustainable living. It's not just a bicycle parking point, but also a message in favor of environmental conservation and green innovation.
